how can a tgirl join her partner in america? anyone heard or know anybody who have done this?
since the states not recognise same sex marriage or partnership.. any other ways?

well coming to america to be with your partner is possible if you can leave whatever country you live in. what isnt possible at the moment is to have a marriage of the same sex be realized legally. i believe you can get married, but you wouldnt be able to gain the benefits such as tax breaks.

leave the country isnt possible but on what visa to live in america? holiday visa?
or what type of visa available?

If you have some skills, try going for a Green Card. Nurses, for example, are in high demand all around the world. Don't know about American specifically though...

How to bring an asian TS, like a filipino TS< to America, even as a tourist, is a very difficult problem especially if the ts is young and doesn't own any property.
Maybe, one has to spent a lot of money, time, and effort to make it happen but then again the process is risky. It is disappointing if you have spent a lot and ended up with a bad result. Yes, she can be a certified nurse and pass all the requirements to allow her to work in the US as a care giver or a nurse to get in America. What if she wasn't into nursing course, are you willing to wait an another 2 to 4 years to let her finish her course?
it needs trust and love to make this kind of relationship work. Time, lets start it everyday.
