I have never seen a castrated TS before either. I don't think it's very common outside of poorer countries. As far as I know, they don't touch the scrotum.

They reduce the strength of the erection. Many even find it hard to get hard enough to penetrate. The ability to ejaculate is limited and consists mostly of clear fluid which is a combination of prostatic fluid and cowper's fluid (which is what pre-cum is). The testicles atrophy (shrink).

Exactly, that is why I said I don't think it is very common in the west - only in poorer countries where TS can't afford a)hormones and b)full sex change surgery.
