I too second what Fonseca said about Romantics not being dead... There just isn't enough of us left anymore. Also, in my experience, Jerks use the same things I do as a nice guy and romantic just to get the girl, but when they have the girl that's it... It makes it difficult because now all the girls of every kind are too defensive to give give me a chance by the time I meet them.
Maybe there is still hope, I hope... It suits me being a hopeful romantic :-p
