It is a shame that there are no transexual in SA. I read that it is illegal to perform sex change operations there. Ironically, Iran has a huge number of transexuals.

Hi again rocky29339, Theoretically, it would be easier in some Muslim countries to be transgender because you can hide your face with a veil in public. I suspect the voice would be the biggest concern. I also imagine that access to good healthcare and hormones would be more difficult.
I would appreciate your thoughts.
