I was wondering if anyone knew of any ancient culture that embraced F2M's, there seems to be lots of historical acceptance or evidence of M2F but I have yet to see any F2M stuff.

The biggest problem is that who is going determine trans status. In a world without hormones etc How do you distinguish between a butch lesbian and a ftm trans?
Hatshepsut was a female Pharaoh in ancient Egypt. After some time on the throne all images of her were depicted as a man. This may have had nothing to do with her gender identity though and a symbol of strength. Elizabeth 1st had a strong outlook to maintain control of her kingdom. In here speech to the troops before the fight against the Spanish Armada, she said "...I know I have but the body of a weak and feeble woman, but I have the heart of a king..." It is not uncommon for women rulers to take the image of a man to demonstrate strength.
I guess you would have to look into more detailed ancient texts to find the answer.
