Hello, my name is rick..my profile at mtldyby is rickynyc i have been searching for the right match for quite some time, i have known for years that i would only truly be happy if i have a ladyboy (to me this is a term of indearment..and i hope that no one is offended..personally i call the one i love "my girl"). my question: How do i go about making this happen? I will be meeting a ladyboy in phil. that i have corresponded with, and if she is the "one",and she feels the same about me...then what? how can i bring her back to the States with me?? once here it would be wonderful we could then be legally married ...pleae anyone have any real advice i would love to hear the feedback...thanks so much

Hi there,
I am glad that I will be able to marry a LB in my country - but it is very difficult to find the right one that is really serious... But I hope one day I will meet the LB who is "on one wave" with me and if we know each other better I will be glad and proud to marry her. But i know that this statement will not bring any help to rickynyc...
Grettings to the other members, Michael from germany.

rickynyc wrote: i would love to hear the feedback...thanks so much Consider a common law marriage, with a notice and notarized affidavits filed with the county clerk i would think is all you would need to make it legal in any territory or enclave that england once ruled.

Here in the UK a TG can officially change their sex on birth certificates and passports, then get married, otherwise the are civil union ceremonies for same sex. The difficulty for me would be, if I find a Tgirl I want spend the rest of my life with in Asia, they would need to be married to me to get a British passport, but a civil union (As far as I'm aware.) does not confer the rights to a passport. So no passport, no gender change, no marriage, but thanks to TS_Shiera I may have found a way around it. As a citizen of the European Union I can marry in any member state, so Spain, Belguim or the Netherlands are looking quite good, and as I've been to all of those countries, and know them fairly well, I would consider it. I also have friends in Spain, so I would seriously consider Spain so that I could have friend along as witnesses.
Now all I need is the right ladyboy to come along, and I'm working on that.
Pete

Pete So the UK no longer recognises the common law? If you draft up a notice and declaration decreeing your wife under the common law they will not recognise it? I guess I dont see how they could get out of it unless the magna charta no longer has any meaning? Have you looked into that?
