if you go to prima cosmetic surgery, they will refer you to clinic run by surgeons/practitioners in london nr harley street, plus in camb, there so helpful.. go to http://www.primacosmeticsurgery.com this is the only place that works with a transgender surgeon as well..

Don't remove too much hair if you're a Malaysian ladyboy -- up to 20 years imprisonment and / or whipping is the penalty for homosexuality and transsexualism there!
Better off staying under the radar when it comes to these close-minded Islamic countries...
