Back on the topic of my weight loss. I just tried on a leopard skin corset I have had tucked in the cupboard for a few years. I tried it on less than a month ago and I couldn't get it done up - not even close. I just tried it on and now it's too big! Gives me a fantastic figure though. I may have to invest in one when I loose more weight. I also now understand when people say they feel sexy when they are wearing one. I just thought I would mention that I am now the lightest I have been in a decade. I keep getting a little emotional about that fact. M.

opss missed this tread.. congratulations mame.. i remembered when I had same experience which from 104kilos to 62kilos in a year time.. but now, gained some weight back, uhhh need to lose maybe bout 10kilos.. so oz3male, let challenge ourself to lose 10kilos by end of this year.. hehehe new personal story bout me.. I have applied for universities in Australia on last weekend during Australia education fair. I was quite surprise myself when I could apply some courses from my last education and experienced. To cut it short, it was very welcoming experience from the universities representatives, they are shocked but friendly and impressed kinda look when I told them Im a transgender(quite nervous when have to filled in forms, thats why I asked and confested).. ok, the courses that I applied or qualified to apply is Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Science(Neuroscience) from 3 different universities and from 3 different states.. will have to wait for 3 weeks for the offer letter.. finger crossed which one will offer me for the place!! phewww now less headache when 1st phase is done, next is to take IELTS(english test) and find a scholarship!! so pray or send good thoughts and energy for my success members!! .. thanks in advance.. personal thanks goes to Mame and Tony for advise and opinion bout study in Australia..

Lovingsoul, best of luck with your uni offers. And we will have to encourage each other to lose those kilos too.

When losing weight, it is not how much you eat, but what you eat. I eat fresh fruits and veggies, skinless chicken, fish, lean meat, non fat milk, lots of water. No desert, soda pop, candy, cookies, alcohol.

Please allow me to introduce myself...lol. Hi. call me D.
I have been at the gym on and off forever, and instead of paying a personal trainer, i have decided to become one thru AUT My first Client will be myself. Over the years i have put a bit on, and am now going to lose it forever I have done a couple of Body Building Comps, and i am not going to rule out doing another one - but my main goal is to maintain a healthy, lean weight for over a life time instead of over a year
I love gym work, and have recently started a bit of RPM. Gotta love that Burn....
