Transformation really need alot of $$$.. whole life maintenance...
would be good to have partner that would help with HRT and transformation.. will manifest more on that so far I'm doing O.K on my own but sometimes I did missed injections and androcur(out of budget) , plus I just started laser hair removal treatment(thank god I'm not broke)
I did start transformation quite late, age 24... but so far I'm happy with the result...

Hi there, I have some questions with regard to implants or not, I've a small frame and only weigh about 9 stone and 5" 6 tall, and im 44, now when I go on hormones I have no idea what kind of bust size im going to achieve, so im guessing im going to need implants but would hate to go through everything just to land up with breasts that look false xxx

My only recommendation is to scour the internet for before and after shots of breast enlargements (many plastic surgeons have them on their websites). Find a before shot that looks like you (frame, breast size ect.) and then look at the end results.
I am planning on having some surgery in the next 6 months (not breast surgery) and that is what I have been doing. Finding a photo that looks like me before and then seeing the results. Remember that every surgeon is different and can achieve different results on different days.
Also, some implants have a better reputation for the natural look and feel than others. There is also variation in the procedure (some surgeon place the implant under you pectoral muscle which tends to give a more natural result. For what it is worth, I have recently seen a before and after shot of a super flat chested woman who had implants and they looked really nice. (I can't remember where I saw them though sorry!)
i have always dream to have breast since when i was a child i am 23 years old and have been bless to meet someone who can help me with my operation, i just want to know if you go into this kind of operation what are the said test before you be able to be operated....and what are the effects of this concerning to our health?
