Oh definitely natural, for so many reasons.
1) Natural just FEEL right.
2) Natural move right. Implants sit still, unless implanted into a lot of natural breast tissue. Natural breast have a motion to them as you walk or lay down that catchs the eye.
3) Most implants are the wrong shape. Breasts are actually tear-drop shaped and extend up toward the armpit, especially for larger cup sizes. Implants are (with a few exceptions) round.
4) Natural sit right. Implants usually sit a little too high, both vertically, as in too high on the chest wall, and also too far out, meaning skin gets pulled in underneath the edges of some implants, which just look so wrong.
5) Natural breasts don't need to be replaced, won't burst, won't rupture in a car accident etc etc.
6) No scarring from natural breasts, and no risk of death under anaesthetic ( about 1 person in 20,000 die under a general anaesthetic.)
There are a few advantages to implants though if HRT is not used to develop breast tissue.
a) Some TS/TG want to still be able to maintain a full erection. After hormones, many report a lessening of function.
b) Reversibility. Someone who changes their mind about being transgender can have them removed and revert back more easily than if they had undergone a course of hormones.
c) No concern about a reaction to HRT.
Natural every time for me. But if you must get it done, get it done in Thailand.
cheers,
Tony
