I sent you a personal message with instructions how to add an avatar in your profile. If you want to post some photos then you need to host them somewhere and use the tag [img] and point to them when you write a message.

Wow lovingsoul, thanks tons for your assistance!! You really are an "expert," eh? Lucky for me! Oh, and yes, I am a super proud mommy indeed! Of course, Joie makes that pretty easy.  She's so happy to finally be the girl on the outside that she is on the inside; now if there were just a faster way for her hair to grow out... guess some things we just have to be patient for. So do you know how we can go about posting her picture under her username? It would be so neat to have her image show each time she posts. Thanks again for your techie help! Venessia
