I was wondering about this, too. Is the laser hair removal very painful? How does it work? Also, if my daughter starts hormone therapy at 12 or so, will she still need to have her facial hair removed, or will it just not ever grow in with the estrogen injections?
Lots to learn,
Joie's Mommy~

No its not very painful, hmmm maybe its like ants bite.. but its only during the laser shot at the hair.. bout your daughter I'm not so sure bout it.. suppose less hair or perhaps no facial hair if she started hormones before puberty.. not sure tho.. :)

Cool, thanks lovingsoul! She's got such a low pain tolerance, I'm hoping there won't be a need for laser use. Just in case though, it doesn't sound nearly as bad as I had imagined.
