Hi
Probably it can help if you're young. If you're mature enough it wont. It's just my opinion. I could be wrong...

Hi, yes, a corset can help train you, especially when young, but don't go too far, or you can risk damaging internal organs, especially liver and kidneys. Just don't go beyond less than 2/3 your bustline. Having said that, go for it. I can't think of anything more feminine than a seeing a woman / TS/TG in a corset! cheers, Tony

you could probably get the same effect doing ab crunches at the gym. The side waist crunches are designed to tighten the waist. Combine that with exercises to shape your bum and you get your hour glass figure.

yes, exercise would work, but a corset has an incredibly erotic effect as well. At least for me (blush) I should not write here after working all night...no mental filter. cheers, Tony

corsets are extremely sexy can never wear them to go out on the daytime besides i dont think i need to push my tummy hard for the hope that it will help in giving a cut/curve to the waist.
i have to admit I use girdles at night or whenever im just home and i am certain it does wonder, though abit hard at first but after quite sometimes it'll be okay.

For those who have trouble losing weight, wearing a corset daily will curb the appetite. Also it gives lower back support. Everyone should wear one.
