I would be cautious taking advice from someone who hasn't finished puberty!
I have seen this before used to deal with things like food cravings and road rage. I personally don't think the tapping has any real effect - just the same as waving a rattle in front of a baby doesn't make them feel any better - it just distracts the emotions and allows time for conscious reworking of thought patterns. It would be no different that positive thinking. I think Louis Hay is a good source of affirmations but I do think we get addicted to feeling happy. We sometimes feel bad because we don't feel exceptionally good - I used to do that to the point of obsession - the best thing I did was let go of that.
Just my opinion.
