Electrolysis is necessary for facial hair reduction.
Laser is a good alternative. Spironolactone + Premarin
should help with body hair, in general.

Joyce... after many years living as woman, I would advise you to look for a doctor. Self-medication isn't that good because you don't know what stuff you really need.

doctors are very expensive, however essential to your transition.
find a clinic which is recommended by others in the TG community,
and set up an appointment. Be completely honest & inform your
doctor of the medications you're currently taking. Request bloodwork
to be done for your oestrogen levels. It's for safety, for your health,
don't neglect it.

Hi joyce, cleaning your face with a mild face wash twice or three times a day starting the evening of your laser session will reduce post laser pimples. Make sure you hydrate your face right after you wash it with a mild moisturiser as this will help your skin repair itself. another thing I do... when I get dry, sore or burns areas by the laser, I put some vitamine E directly on the affected area but due to the fact that vitamine E is rather oily is it better to apply it on before bedtime as to avoid a shiny face. I hope these tips will help you too.
