Why not just use standard contouring (liosuction) and fat transfer (injecting your own fat into your butt).

fat transfer would be great if it did not reabsorb into the body. you spend all that money and within weeks you are back to you previous size. ask the doctors, they must let you know it reabsorbs on most people on their first or second try. do you have that kind of money to burn. you can buy hydrogel and have a great size ass within an hour that is permanent. this product is also used on males penis. it is very safe. do your homework if interested.

You can still use liposculpture. Also, some injectables reabsorb also.
