Good Oztgirl, I see you agree with me and I'm glad that you like to beautify yourself. Think, you be on a right way and as I said, it is depend of everyones liking and the occasion. So if you are satisfied with your skin and look, then you don't need to put on make-up. Anyway if I see your avatar, then I think you have a nice feminine look. Really, you have a nice face. And if you have pink fat lips, then you have really a great luck.
Redarding nail polish... hmmm, I personally like my nails a bit longer and painted. And yes, you are right; men like it too. My darling for example loves to see me with painted nails. He says, it turns him on if I touch his body with my varnished hands or put my finger around his .?. when we have a cuddle in bed. However, it isn't necessary to paint his nails. Most important is, each girl takes care for his hands and nails and gives them a good look and shape, also without painting. The main thing is, hands and finger don't look too manly. But if you have acrylic french tips, then you made a start. I guess you wear your nails a bit longer. Am I right, dear?

Oztgirl, let me ask something... do you wear any eayshadow and eye-liner? Do you pluck out your eyebrows?
How about painting your toe-nails? Perhaps you should start to paint your toe-nails now and then. So you can see how painted nails look at yourself and maybe one day you feel yourself comfortable enough to paint your fingernails too. Only if you like of course.

Finally I think, we girls should make our own experiences with the beauty and try out various things.

I do have longer nails with acrylics. I like the white and pink french tip though. It looks clean and feminine. I am also lucky as I don't have masculine hands and I am always moisturising my hands. Yes, I do wax my eyebrows. I do wear eyeshadow but I just use a bronzer to give some definition during the day. I only wear full eye shadow when going out at night.

I paint my big toe, I don't wear open toed shoes so don't bother with the others. I also have ugly feet so I don't like to draw attention to them.

M.

Make-up has its place. But moderation is the key. Also, it should be used only to augment a person's appearance - to give them that extra flare. Not as a crutch that they cannot and will not leave their bedrooms without :!:

I've always been about natural beauty, especially beauty that comes from within. I admit that I need to learn the artistic skills of applying the right amount of make up to enhance my looks.

Some people are -AMAZING- in how they can take a plain-faced woman and make Her look like a million bucks.

I hope to find and make friends with an artist like that. :)
