Hi all
I made friends with a TS girl on Facebook, we met through a dating site, but she has been a huge support and source of information for me as I get to understand transgender issues. The lady told me about an organisation she is a member of, and linked me to a Facebook page and then in chat with another TS I was surprised to find that she didn't know about STRAP. So any Filipino TS seeking support and membership of a sisterhood should take a look.
On the Facebook page a particular post caught my attention was a stirring presentation at the UN for recognition of transgender rights by Miss Sass Rogando Sasot of STRAP.
Are you serious ? It`s great man ! have you ever visit Thai ? as i know, there are many TS bars, where you can meet your dream TS
I spent four days in Bangkok, it was unplanned as I was supposed to go to India, anyway I didn't visit any of those bars, I spent too much time on trips out of town to places like the tiger temple. I wouldn't recommend bars for meeting a long term ladyboyfriend, no more than you would go to a brothel to meet a prospective wife.
The latest on my TS girl is that we are in regular contact, I know where she lives, what she likes, and how to wine and dine her to win her heart, the next step is to get out there and meet her. I'm applying for jobs in Thailand, so I can court her, and if that relationship doesn't work, I'll keep looking anyway.
Yes she is an inspiration isn't she, and I hear froma mutual friend that she is in London, so I might have to try to meet her.

Normal is the most base profanity.
There is no god that advocates the condemnation of diversity.
I couldn't agree more, the one thing I abhor is the use of religion and god to condemn people and they way they choose to live. The recent outburst by Pat Robertson and his vile comments on the disaster in Haiti illustrate the twisted mentality of some so called people of god.
