I need to purchase some dude clothing. Problem is that I'm very ummmm....I have a big ass and hips. Yes, I'm working out and dieting now, but it's going to be awhile and I need to start wearing men's clothing. I also have a large protruding lower abdomen. Ok, I'm a very large pear shape at the moment. There, I said it. I know men's pant sizes are given by the waist and inseam. My measurements are at least 10 inches larger than my waist. Should I buy pants that are bigger in the waist so they fit over my curvy lower half? I don't like tight clothing. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Andrew

Thank you for the reply my Armenian friend. Whoaa! Is that your picture? Perhaps you can just marry me and pick out my clothes every day. Ok, so I decided to just grab some pants off the rack and take home and try on. Didn't work so well, but at least I have the answer to my question. Use the largest measurement from your waist, abdomen, stomach as the waist size. Else, it will be hell to pull up over your largest body area. If that doesn't make me go to the gym, I don't know what else to do. I don't want to look like a fashion challenged transsexual!

Sorry, dude. I guess that's a first. I just proposed to another guy. Maybe we can both go looking for that woman in the future. I looked at Zara. You have nice style. Don't know if I would look so good though, it looks like clothing for younger guys. Just pass a kabob and a beer please. Make that a lite beer. I'm on a diet so I can fit into my pants.

I am pre-T so am still the shape of a female. At this point I'm just trying to lose weight along with working closely with my psychologist. Bali? Did you get a job there?
