I prefer light makeup on girls. If a girl knows how to put on makeup, doesn't use it more than enough then I guess she can really improve her appearance...

I've met some TS/TG who look much better without make up....less is more as far as I'm concerned.

Blush is designed to heighten the contrast of the cheekbones, but many TS/TG naturally have too much contrast there already, so to add more actually makes them less "passable".

A bit of lip gloss and a little eyeshadow does wonders in the right circumstances. It's a bit like watching a teenage girl first experimenting with makeup, applying too much at first, gradually learning the subtlety required.

I do like seeing nails painted though.....just a thing that does wonders for me!

cheers,
Tony

Nails painted.. hmm interesting, Tony.. Do you like just simple color or something with design with some diamonds on it? I like nails paint but too lazy to do it.. hehehe..

I was always cautious with my make-up. I had seen so many ts plaster the makeup on that I always followed the less is more. Having said that, I was lucky with facial hair so didn't need to wear much make-up.

Because I live in a tropical climate, wearing make-up can be a problem. Sweating is a problem. Also because I live in a remote area, it is perfectly common for women not to wear make-up. None of my friends wear anything other than a little mascara and lippy.

Going out to a night club is different but I still go for the natural look. Although, when I was in Greece I realised that make-up trends are like fashion trends and can change from country to country. I had to experiment with new styles.

If you don't have a facial hair problem, something like a bronzing powder might be all you need. It also gives your skin breathing space. Make-up can be hard on skin.

A good skincare regime is essential.

All the men I have had conversations with on this subject don't like heavy make-up on a woman and some prefer no make-up. It's interesting how men perceive women differently compare with how women perceive women.

I like the light make-up but I HATE painted nails. I know men think they are sexy. I guess that all the women I have met who have them have tended to be older and have some dodgy personal habits ...and smoke.

:o isn't true Oztgirl, painted nails are sexy, but depend of the hands and nails. Many young girls in Europe do paint their nails. Anyway I like it. :D
