Fonseca, I go without underwear only when I can bear to have material rubbing over and irritating the rash. It can become red raw and has left me pantiless and indoors for up to a week at a time. It is worst on my legs aound my privates - hence wearing loose panties most of the time that do not ride high.
I have tried powders Oztgirl, thanks for the suggestion though, creams and all sorts that doctors have prescribed but nothing is a magic cure, especially in the summer. Doctors have told me that their is no skin infection or anything, I just have increadibly sensitive skin.

Its actually one of the things that helped me realise I was a woman inside when I was young (12).

In one particularly nasty spell,I couldn't even stand loose shorts, my mother suggested I wear a skirt around the house so I could get up and around and cover myself up (I didn't own a dressing gown or anything like that). I realised then that I gained an incredible fulfilment thinking myself as a girl that I never got as a boy and from then on I experimented further until I took the decision at 19 to live as a woman.
Sorry I've gone off the point. Because of this problem, I have never considered tucking or strapping as this would aggravate the skin horribly so I have alway worn long loose skirts and dresses. This is one of the reasons I always saw myself needing SRS as it would help get rid of the problem. Now I have a loving relationship and have discovered sexual excitement I never knew I could, SRS is not in my plans anymore, but I still have the problem of hiding my extras, which I do at the moment by bulking my skirts out with petticoats, staying indoors, or, when we go out, choose a venue where wearing my dresses with huge skirts and crinoline petticoats doesn't look out of place.
The loose clothing with loose or occasionally no underwear has helped me manage the problem and was really successful until I started getting erections. I don't want to stop getting them, I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on hiding myself when I get excited that I haven't already tried. Its especially a problem when I go to work as I work in an open plan office.
Thanks for your kindness
love Jeany
