For years this has not been a problem for me as I never got the problem of erections showing through my clothes. Now I am in a relationship I have a new lease of life and erections are getting more pronounced and more frequent (which is great!!).
I have a problem that I get heat rash very easily so I have always had to wear loose underwear or none at all. There is no easy treatment for this, its just a skin condition. I am finding it more and more difficult to control my erections which "pop out" of my underwear  .
I have dealt with this by wearing long loose fitting skirts with one or two large cotton petticoats to bulk out my skirt. This hides minor erections but I have been caught out if I have a whopper . I also have two dresses with huge skirts and big organza crinolines. These hide everything, (even if I go without underwear! ) but are impractible for everyday wear.

Does anyone have any suggestions that doesn't involve strapping down or tight underwear as this just aggravates the heat rash and is painful?

love Jeany :)

Hi Jean.Durham,
at first I wanna say, be happy girl that you get spontaneous erection from time to time. I'm sure that many older men would be obliged if they get itspontaneously like you . :)
secondly.. why do you not wear underwear? That point I don't understand so really. But I know a lot of Asian tgirls who wear two panties or gstring or gstring plus panties under their mini. Maybe you should try it once.

Try heat rash powder and cotton panties when you tuck.

Fonseca, I go without underwear only when I can bear to have material rubbing over and irritating the rash. It can become red raw and has left me pantiless and indoors for up to a week at a time. It is worst on my legs aound my privates - hence wearing loose panties most of the time that do not ride high.

I have tried powders Oztgirl, thanks for the suggestion though, creams and all sorts that doctors have prescribed but nothing is a magic cure, especially in the summer. Doctors have told me that their is no skin infection or anything, I just have increadibly sensitive skin. Its actually one of the things that helped me realise I was a woman inside when I was young (12). :) In one particularly nasty spell,I couldn't even stand loose shorts, my mother suggested I wear a skirt around the house so I could get up and around and cover myself up (I didn't own a dressing gown or anything like that). I realised then that I gained an incredible fulfilment thinking myself as a girl that I never got as a boy and from then on I experimented further until I took the decision at 19 to live as a woman. :D

Sorry I've gone off the point. Because of this problem, I have never considered tucking or strapping as this would aggravate the skin horribly so I have alway worn long loose skirts and dresses. This is one of the reasons I always saw myself needing SRS as it would help get rid of the problem. Now I have a loving relationship and have discovered sexual excitement I never knew I could, SRS is not in my plans anymore, but I still have the problem of hiding my extras, which I do at the moment by bulking my skirts out with petticoats, staying indoors, or, when we go out, choose a venue where wearing my dresses with huge skirts and crinoline petticoats doesn't look out of place.

The loose clothing with loose or occasionally no underwear has helped me manage the problem and was really successful until I started getting erections. I don't want to stop getting them, I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on hiding myself when I get excited that I haven't already tried. Its especially a problem when I go to work as I work in an open plan office.

Thanks for your kindness
love Jeany

Yes Jeany, Fonseca is right, I also wear two g-string about each other if I wear skirts. Mostly if I use mini-skirts. That's very safe and will hold down your 'whopper' :-) Besides a g-string isn't too much textile, your groin, bum and thighs are free of that. Only your penis and balls are covered. Maybe your your balls aren't because I don't know how big and long is your escroto. But I think that's no problem if your balls peep out from under your g-string, important is that your 'whopper' is covered. Also you can put your penis upright in your g-string; not hanging down. Hope you know what I mean.
I myself use another method. My penis and balls I tuck behind into my crotch, between my thighs. Penis I put a bit in my crack (sometimes I fix him with tape) and over it a g-string or two. OK, you have to accustom yourself to sit down and walk in this way but it works well and nobody can see if he is swelling and nothing can pop out. So you can use tight pants as well mini-skirt and nobody can see your balls if you make a chumsy movement.
Another option or tip I don't have. Hope I have not been too frankly. :)
Grace

Thanks for the advice. I have tried the 2 G string trick and it is very good at keeping me in check but after 2 days doing this when I go out, I have my rash back again and its so sore, I can't even bear loose panties. It''l get back to normal in a few days but for now its back to the drawing board. It was worth a try though.
I have to go to work today and in my current state it'll have to be without panties  . At least when the skin is sore, my bulges don't last as the skin is too sore which tends to put me off!

Anything else I can try?

Hi Jeany, nice to read you have tried out my tip but I'm saddish because it doessn't work with you. :( Was hoping it would help you. However I don't understand why, because it is just a little textile you wear. Your legs are free of textile. :?: Do you get our rash at your genitales or just at your legs?
