opinions on film? and characters are soo intence i like how in which it really queastions the need for gender Questioning how we either need to be male or female.
i have watched many coming of age film, and this one is one of my favourites with 'stand by me'.

XXY is a thought-provoking film from Argentina. On particularly dark days I recall some of the dignity and strength of the child. S/He, after being confronted by boys, struggles and runs. The fathers quest for knowledge, skill, and peace is noble; when he finds an FTM interssexed person & finds that fate may be close within reach.
This film portrays a country-side town, which has a charm of it's own. The quiet nature and sea-side shots awaken an ethereal realm in the film. The ambient sound-track, and dialogue don't hurt either.
